Twin-Pin Gas Fireplace Igniter Electrode with Mounting Bracket, 95% Alumina, 4.8 mm Female Terminals

A twin-pin gas fireplace igniter electrode: two parallel ignition pins set in one 95% alumina body with an integrated mounting bracket, each pin with its own silicone lead and 4.8 mm female terminal.
- 2 ignition pins, 2.9 mm FeCrAl, 23.1 mm centre distance
- Ceramic bracket with one screw hole
- 2 × 343 mm silicone leads
- 4.8 mm female spade terminals
- Made to drawing; all dimensions can be changed
About This Fireplace Igniter Electrode
This electrode carries two ignition pins on a single alumina ceramic body. The bracket is moulded into the ceramic, so the part fixes to the burner with one screw and no separate metal holder. Each pin has its own silicone-insulated lead ending in a 4.8 mm female spade terminal that plugs onto the spark module. It is also called a fireplace sparker, gas log igniter or fireplace spark electrode.
Because both pins share one ceramic body, their spacing and height stay fixed relative to the burner. That keeps the spark position repeatable from one fireplace to the next, which matters for appliance makers who need consistent ignition across a production run. For other pin layouts and brackets, see our full range of gas fireplace igniter electrodes.

Keeping the Two Pins Parallel
On a twin-pin electrode the two pins must stay straight and parallel. If a pin bends or warps, the spark position moves and ignition becomes unreliable. Pin alignment is part of our dimensional check, together with withstand voltage, insulation resistance, an ignition test and a lead pull test on every batch.

What We Can Change
- Lead length and wire type
- Pin length above the ceramic and pin spacing
- Pin diameter and material (FeCrAl standard, Kanthal® on request)
- Bracket shape and screw-hole position
- Terminal type and size
- Ceramic grade: 95% alumina standard, 98% on request

Samples and Orders
- Samples are free. If a new mould is needed, tooling and sample shipping are paid by you and deducted from your first order.
- Minimum order quantity depends on the design and is confirmed with your quotation.
- Your drawings are kept confidential.

FAQ
Can you match the electrode in my existing fireplace?
Yes. Send the old electrode or clear photos with a ruler, plus the lead length and terminal type. We will draw a matching part and confirm the drawing with you before making samples.
Can I change the lead length or terminals?
Yes. Lead length, wire type and terminals are made to order. Tell us the length from the ceramic base to the terminal end and the terminal size you need.
Are the dimensions on this page fixed?
No. They are reference dimensions from one design. Pin length, pin spacing and bracket shape can all be adjusted to fit your burner.
